Jeffrey was really helpful with answering questions that me and my mom had. As my first time buying a car , he made the process so easy and non stressful. Him knowing Spanish also made it easy for my mom to ask questions. We felt very welcomed by him. I recommend him to others as well.

Everybody made it very easy to transition from my lease to purchasing the Car, Jeffrey in particular was very helpful, Made sure the recalls where up to date, the finance person was also very nice. As for the Manager Tito, very welcoming he put me in good hands with Jeffrey's. The whole experience was spotless. .

I would like to nominate Goudy Honda as having the best customer service for car buying - EVER! First, they had a good selection compared to other dealerships in the Southern California region. A bonus was our car salesperson, Melannie, who was very attentive and LISTENED to what we were seeking in a Honda vehicle. She immediately honed in on what was needed to make our test drive satisfactory, gave us time and space to think about our decision without a barage of texts or phone calls, and acted as a very effective liasion between us, the customer, and store management to come up with a price point that we felt was fair and acceptable! While car buying is one of my least favorite things to do - this was a relatively pain-free process. I also want to thank Alan, the store manager, who was equally as responive to our car needs. Note: I would like to give Goudy 10 stars, but, will have to restricted to the five that is allowed on this platform. Also, the big red bow on my car was extra special! Thank you Goudy Honda for our new Honda! I hope you have many more customers who leave your store with the same level of gratitude as we did! (p.s. I went in to Gouda back on April 2026 in hopes of finding a good reliable car for me and my 2 year old daughter that we can move around.
